These terms govern your use of bananut.com. Additional terms will be shown before you create an account, use paid product features, connect a store, or build and operate an app through Bananut.

Using this website

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access systems or information you are not authorized to use, test for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Requests you enter

When you select Start building or a suggested starting point, Bananut temporarily preserves that request so you can continue it after signing in and completing setup. You are responsible for requests and other information you submit. Do not include passwords, Shopify credentials, customer data, payment information, or other sensitive personal information. The encrypted handoff, its 24-hour expiry, and the information we exclude from analytics are described in our Privacy notice.

Third-party services

Bananut may link to or work with Shopify and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and policies. You remain responsible for your store, the products and services you sell, the instructions you give, and your compliance with the rules that apply to your business.

Website content

The Bananut name, branding, website design, and site content belong to Bananut or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or present them as your own. These website terms do not decide ownership or licensing for apps created through the product; those details will be stated in the applicable product terms before use.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or remove parts of this website as the product develops. We do not promise that the marketing site will always be available or free from errors. We may update these terms, and the date above will show the latest revision.
